No admin fees. You pay the monthly rate (card payments carry the processor's fee, which we pass through at cost).

When can I access my unit?

Your personal gate code works during posted gate hours at your location. See the gate-hours section of the tenant app after you move in.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

Send a move-out request from the tenant app (or call the office). We ask for a few days so final billing is accurate.
